(Toledo, OH) – The Walleye defeated the Beast 3-2 in overtime on Saturday night in Toledo. Pat Nagle stopped 31 of 33 shots and improves to 19-4-2-1 on the season. The Walleye are 27-12-2-2 on the season and 16-4-0 at home.
Dylan Sadowy opened the scoring with a power play goal at 13:31 of the first period to give the Walleye a 1-0 lead.
Brampton would score to tie the game 1-1 at 6:06 of the second period. Kyle Bonis scored to give the Walleye a 2-1 lead at 19:25 of the second.
Brampton tied the game 2-2 at 17:01 of the third period.
Shane Berschbach scored at 1:31 in overtime to lift the Walleye over the Beast 3-2.
