Caleb Herbert opened the scoring in Game 4 off a scrum in front of the Wings’ net.

Kalamazoo tied it up as the first period was winding down with a goal resulting from the Wings crashing the net.  Ludwig Blomstrand picked up the game-tying marker.

Devin scored the first of his two goals on the night in the second period to give the Rays a 2-1 lead.

The Wings found the back of the net early in the third period when Justin Taylor scored shorthanded.

From there, both teams traded forays into the offensive zones until Devin picked up the game-winner late.

Joel Martin took the loss on a busy night with 43 saves.

South Carolina got a 27-save effort from Vitek Vanecek who made his playoff debut in the game.
