SAN JOSE, Calif. – The Anaheim Ducks scored two third period goals to defeat the San Jose Sharks in a preseason game at the SAP Center on Saturday.
Joel Ward opened the scoring at 13:17 in the opening period to give the Sharks the early lead.
Chris Wagner tied the game with a goal at 3:05 of the third period. After Sharks Joonas Donskoi took a high sticking penalty Corey Perry scored a power play goal with 7:37 left in the game to give the Ducks the win.
Ducks goaline Anton Khudobin earned the win with 23 saves while Sharks goalie Martin Jones made 19 saves.
