On Tuesday morning, Elite League teams revealed their first big derby games of the season as the build-up continues to the full fixture release on 10 July.
Belfast take on Cardiff for the first time this season on 11 December.
Coventry welcome local rivals Nottingham Panthers on 18 October, while Dundee host Fife on 13 September. The Stars then repay the visit when they travel to the Flyers for the first time on 27 September.
On 10 October, Guildford host Manchester as those teams meet for the first time this season. A day later, the Storm welcome their rivals from across the Pennines, Sheffield Steelers, for the first time in competitive action.
The rivalry between Nottingham and Sheffield gets underway on 19 September at the Utilita Arena, with the Steelers visiting the Panthers for the first time a month later, on 17 October.
