Wolves hunt down Moose with 2-0 win

CHICAGO,IL  The Chicago Wolves battled another intensive game on a sunny afternoon at the Allstate Arena.

The Wolves (6-1-0-1) who leads the Central Division with 11 points kept momentum throughout the whole game to down the second to last place Manitoba Moose. Wolves goaltender Phoenix Coplay stopped all 26 shots, this made it his second shutout of the season for the second year pro North Pole, Alaska native.2

The Wolves were hungry in the second period to put a point on the board. That was no problem for Pat Cannone who now has goals in all seven of his starts this season.

Chicago was not finished yet, Jeremy Welsh lit the lamp to make it a 2-0 game in the third period.

The Moose who are now (1-6-1-1) will try and take their revenge against the Wolves when they host them in Manitoba on November 12th and 13th.

The Wolves continue their hot streak when they head to San Antonio for a two game rodeo matchup against the Rampage.
