In Las Vegas, The Golden Knights blew a 4-1 lead to the Anaheim Ducks Tuesday night before getting the game-winner off the stick of Zach Whitecloud late in the third period.
Marc-Andre Fleury made 19 saves for his fifth win of the season.
Troy Terry, Adam Henrique, Ryan Getzlaf and Isac Lundestrom were the Ducks’ strikers.
“The comeback, I think, it shows our team’s resiliency and that we can play with any team in this league,” Terry said. “But there’s no one that’s happy right now. It’s a mindset thing. It’s been this way since I’ve been here, and I’m guilty of it. We can’t be happy with coming back and making it close and playing Vegas to a close game.”
Chandler Stephenson Alex Tuch Nicolas Roy and Jonathan Marchessault scored for the Golden Knights.
Ryan Miller made 26 saves in the loss.
