Top four all in action on Saturday night in EIHL

It’s a four-game Saturday night in the Elite League as we move into the weekend of Week 10 of the 2025/26 season.

League leaders Nottingham Panthers are in Coventry for their only game of the weekend. The Panthers sit one point clear at the top and come into the night on a three-game league winning streak. Coventry occupy the final playoff place in the early running and picked up a pair of home victories last week.

Cardiff Devils continue their Scottish road trip with a visit to Dundee. The Devils began their three-in-three with defeat in Glasgow but remain second in the standings. That loss was their first in three games. Dundee were beaten twice last weekend to be eliminated from the Challenge Cup and have just one league win from six games so far.

Third-placed Sheffield Steelers could end the night top if they beat bottom side Fife Flyers at the Utilita Arena and other results fall their way. The Steelers edged past Guildford in overtime midweek to rebound from Sunday’s loss to Cardiff and have won four of their last five at home. Fife are still searching for their first league win of the season after ten straight defeats, but did pick up a point when the sides met in Kirkcaldy a fortnight ago.

Finally, Belfast Giants and Manchester Storm meet again less than 24 hours after Friday night’s matchup. Storm surrendered a three-goal lead in a 6-3 defeat, while the Giants continue an impressive run at the SSE Arena, where they have not been beaten since opening weekend across league and cup action.
