Toledo’s Hawkins wins ECHL scoring title

Kansas City’s Patrick Curry (39g-48a) and Kalamazoo’s Erik Bradford (30g-57a) were tied for second with 87 points each, followed by Alex Kile of Maine with 80 points (35g-45a) and Rapid City’s Alex Aleardi (31g-48a) and Fort Wayne’s Jack Dugan (20g-59a) with 79 points each.

Hawkins, who was named to the All-ECHL First Team last week, also led the league with 40 goals, 34 power-play points and 346 shots on goal and he was tied for first with 15 power-play goals.
