While the previous articles have featured the games and the players on the ice during the United Kingdom tour, this pictorial will focus on the surrounding people, places and activities from the trip. From a group photo at the Firth of Forth, the Kelpies and Stirling Castle on day two, to sightseeing in London on the last day, as well as Hogmanay and sightseeing in Edinburgh and restaurants where the traveling party gathered.
Once again, I would like to thank the Citadel, their alumni, supporters, donors and especially the Courtenay’s and Buchanan’s for all of the hard work and planning that went into pulling this trip together. Stay tuned, as plans are already underway for next years tour of Germany.
