In St Louis Thursday, Vladimir Tarasenko potted a hat trick in a 5-4 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The ice with littered with hats after he completed the trick.
“(Do) I get (them) after,” Tarasenko said of the celebration. . “I don’t know. I just want to say thanks to [the] fans for [their] support. It was really a good feeling.”
Kevin Shattenkirk had the other two goals for the Blues.

Jake Allen picked up his seventh straight win and made 22 saves.
“I thought we played better today,” said Blues coach Ken Hitchcock, whose team has won seven of eight. “The score wasn’t indicative of the play, but the score was indicative at the end of the way we were paying. … We just take the two points and probably move on, but it’s not going to be comfortable in a couple weeks.”
The struggling Bolts lost their fourth straight and have now lost five of their last six.
Cedric Paquette scored twice in the loss and Tyler Johnson and Nikita Kucherov added markers.
“I thought we deserved points,” Lightning coach Jon Cooper said. “I’m not going to sit here and say that we deserved to win the game, but we definitely deserved points out of this game.”
Andrei Vasilevskiy got the start and made 12 stops yielding four goals; he was pulled in the middle frame in favor of Ben Bishop; Bispoh made nine saves in relief.
“The last four games we gave up the first two goals. It’s just tough to come back, but I think we were almost there. I think it’s encouraging for the next game,” Paquette said of the loss in St Louis.
