The Tampa Bay Lightning re-signed forward Vladislav Namestnikov and defenseman Luke Witkowski to one-year, two-way contracts.
The New York Islanders signed former Anaheim Ducks prospect forward Louis Leblanc to a one-year, two-way contract .
Similarly, Dominik Uher signed a two-way, one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
