Following a cluster of signings over two days, the NHL free agency season has taken a breather. Since Friday of last week, only seven signings have been booked through Tuesday of this week.
The Sabres signed forward Johan Larsson to a one-year deal; Larsson appeared in 39 games for the Sabres picking up six goals and 16 points.
The Tampa Bay Lightning signed forward Tye McGinn to a one-year, two-way contract. McGinn appeared in 51 games last season for the San Jose Sharks and Arizona Coyotes. He had two goals and nine points on the year.
The Coyotes signed Klas Dahlbeck and forward Jordan Martinook to two-year, two-way contracts. Dahlbeck registered four points on a goal and three assists last season with the Coyotes and Chicago Blackhawks. Martihook skated in eight games for the Coyotes in 2014-15 picking up an assist in those games. The previous two seasons he spent with the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League.
