The Silver Knights were defeated by the Coachella Valley Firebirds, 3-2, at Acrisure Arena on Saturday night in Palm Desert, CA.
HOW IT WENT DOWN
Jonas Røndbjerg scored just three minutes into the first, giving the Silver Knights an early 1-0 lead.
Jackson Hallum would make it 2-0 for the Silver Knights with assists from Jeremy Davies and Jakub Brabenec.
Eduard Sale would score the Firedbird’s first goal at 2:21 of the second. Later in the second, Caden Price would tie the game at 2-2.
Ian McKinnon would then give Coachella Valley the lead, 3-2, at 12:20 of the second period. Despite a heavy push by the Silver Knights in the third, Coachella Valley was able to hang on to a 3-2 win.
