SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Rampage got multiple point efforts from Reid Petryk, Colin Smith and Max Noreau en route to a 6-1 win over the Bakersfield Condors in front of 6,145 at the AT&T Center on Friday night. Petryk tallied two goals to earn the First Star of the Game, and Smith and Noreau each added two assists.
After a scoreless first period in which the Rampage doubled up the Condors on shots 14-7, San Antonio scored a power-play goal to take a 1-0 lead 7:23 into the middle frame. Mikko Rantanen’s wraparound shot rebounded to Smith, who tapped the puck 
over to Dennis Everberg for the tally. Alex Belzile picked up his second goal of the season late in the period, deflecting in Max Noreau’s blast from the point to give the Silver and Black a 2-0 lead heading into the second intermission.
The third period was a flurry of scoring, as the Rampage tied a season high with four goals in the frame. Garrett Thompson extended the Silver and Black’s lead to three midway through the stanza, wristing a shot from the left circle past Eetu Laurikainen. Smith’s second assist of the night was a highlight reel-worthy backhand pass on the break to Petryk, who hammered the puck home to make it 4-0 at 12:23. Michael Schumacher picked up his seventh tally of the season just over a minute later, but Joey LaLeggia got the Condors on the board shortly after to make it a 5-1 game and end Roman Will’s shutout bid.
Petryk tallied his second of the game with just under five minutes left to account for the final 6-1 score, earning his first multiple-goal game of the season and fourth multiple-point game.
San Antonio outshot Bakersfield 32-30 and finished 1-for-1 on the power play while holding the Condors scoreless on five opportunities with the man advantage
