As bad as it went last night in shorthanded situation, as good as it went tonight,” Matthew Boucher said after the game.

“In two games in two nights last night we thought we might have chance to win last night game even if it was against one of the best team in the QMJHL, we might earn that game not sure but it has been very thigh. The one who scores goal that made the difference in shootout Boucher.

“I like that we won,” answered Quebec head coach Philippe Boucher after the game. “I think we still felt some frustration from last night game (loss in overtime 7-6) we might be little nervousness in first and second the Armada is a team that play like that to frustrated you they didn’t gave many chances we have had four or five shots midway through the game it didn’t happened too often. What we will retain is after a game where you got lots of emotions we were able to get three points over the weekend.”

“Callum was very good it is what we expect from him, he was very good in shootout he made key saves, he has been less tested than yesterday, the Armada is a team that has some difficulties to score goals but they work really hard. I think we got a working lesson in first period think we still have had our heads in last night game but after that we matched their work ethic. Continued Quebec head coach Boucher.

“Players efforts has been extraordinaire we played last night in Rimouski we have had four hour bus ride coming here in front of lots of people full of emotions families were there, if someone said that our guys didn’t work tonight they didn’t saw the same game because Quebec is very good hockey team that are fresher than us we saw that we successfully won little battle along the board.”
