QUEBEC CITY, P.Q. —Being dominated for first forty minutes of the game in shots on goal, Quebec finally got the edge in overtime winning 4-3 against Acadie-Bathurst. Breaking the ice in the opening period, Quebec saw their opponent tie the game in the middle frame. Taking two-goal lead Quebec saw the Titan coming back in third period to force both teams to play in overtime. With 53.1 seconds remaining, Philipp Kurashev seal the Titan fate with game winning goal. 
Quebec was the only team to score in first period. Getting their first shot on goal on their second power play in the period with 7:36 remaining the visitor opened the scoring taking advantage of turnover in offensive zone.

Titan got on scoreboard with their 22nd shot following a turnover behind Remparts goal as left winger Jesse Sutton lose control of the puck. Dawson Theede scores his 16th goal of regular season with 14:23 left to play in middle frame.
Playing very strong game in front of Quebec goal veteran netminder Booth frustrated Vladimir Kuznetsov three times with right pad saves with less than two minutes of play in second period. The Carolina Hurricane prospect also made key glove save on Noah Dobson too.
Quebec went 0-in-3 with a man advantage, Acadie-Bathurst was 0-in-2 in same circumstances.
If both teams traded goals in first forty minutes of action even if Titan dominated action, Quebec came back in third scoring twice to lead by two for the first time in the game.
Captain Matthew Boucher with the help of Philipp Kurashev and Derek Gentile beat Titan netminder Sumers on his right side with backhanded shot from the slot with 15:11 to play in the third. For Boucher it was his 17th of the season, his 9th goals in his last 11 games.
Contributing to Quebec first two goals even if his name didn’t figured on scoring sheet, Derek Gentile scored Quebec third goal first with man advantage in five attempts beating Acadie-Bathurst goalie between his pads at 9:39 to give Quebec two goal leads in the game.
Author of Quebec second goal, registering an assist on Remparts third ones, Boucher has been cut for unsportman like conduct getting two minutes having to sit in penalty box, opening the door for home team to reduce the lead.
It was pretty well known that a two-goal lead is often the worse lead to have to protect. Guess what? Yes if you said Titan took advantage of the opportunity you were right. Christophe Boivin shot left no chance to Quebec netminder cutting Quebec leads to one goal at 11:02.
Pulling his netminder sending an another forwards Acadie-Bathurst head coach Mario Pouliot saw his team pulling the trigger with exactly 1:31 seconds remaining tying the score 3-3 with first goal in the QMJHL by Titan first round selection 16 years old forward Noah Dobson. Dobson long wrist shot beat Quebec goalie Booth on his right side
Philipp Kurashev gave Quebec the win in overtime with 53.1 seconds left on the clock.
Originally scheduled for Saturday December 10 in Quebec, the Remparts next game has been re-schedule due to a show for Monday night December 12 in Quebec as Quebec will host the Gatineau Olympiques.
Only one other game is on QMJHL schedule on Thursday night
