As far as Quebec head coach Philippe Boucher is concern he felt deffinately better after his comments he made after Saturday night game. “Last year it was what I did (protecting my team as he criticized the referees at the Memorial Cup that cost him 10,000 dollars) but yesterday I didn’t do that in same purposes but god if the players took it that way.”
“I congratulate guys because since our trip in Abitibi it was possibly our toughest schedule we played 6 games in 10 days and winning games like we did. It was bizarre game today but it was good one. Great if players took it that way you never want to put pressure on young players but it wasn’t our goal.”
As far as Cape Breton head coach Marc-Andre Dumont he did not put his team loss on fatigue. “No it wasn’t a question of fatigue honestly, it couldn’t be because our opponent was in a three games in three nights,” Cape Breton head coach Dumont said.
“Decisions on the plays we didn’t took good decisions, we gave lots of very good scoring opportunities soon in the game. When you look the shots on goals how come we gave up so many goal’s in so many shots so no it can’t be our goaltenders. It was really because we gave up too many great scoring chances. Ended Screaming Eagles head coach Dumont.
Quebec next game will be next Friday in Chicoutimi visiting the Sagueneens.
