QUEBEC CITY, P.Q. —Leaving the Quebec Colisee for the Quebec Pee-wee Tournament and playing the next two games on the road, the Quebec Remparts made the first stop in Victoriaville. Adam Erne, with three points (2g-1a) and Massimo Carozza with two goals led Philippe Boucher’s team to a 6-4 win against the Tigres.
Quebec was the only team scoring in the first period in Victoriaville coming back to their locker room leading 3-0. 
Erne was the first to break the ice with 8:45 remaining in the opening period. In a two-on-one breakaway, Dmytro Timashov saw his pass attempt to Erne redirected by the Tampa Bay prospect beating Tigres goaltender Chase Marchand over left shoulder.
Marc Olivier Roy scored his 22nd of the year as Victoriaville netminder was unable to control the rebound following first shot taken by Vladimir Tkachev. Making pad save on Quebec right winger shot the puck went right on Quebec center stick who scores Quebec second goal at 18:24.
Forty-two seconds later Quebec added a third goal on what appeared to be a goal the Tigres goaltender would certainly like to get another chance to make the save. Quebec defenseman Nikolas Brouillard shot beat Marchand between his pads with 53.3 seconds left to the opening period.
The best Victoriaville scoring opportunity came as Quebec had the lead 1-0. Victoriaville right winger has been the beneficiary of a rebound following first shot block by Quebec goaltender Callum Booth. With the puck coming back right on Gabriel Gagne stick, the Quebec goalie made a glove save to keep the score 1-0.
A new goaltender took his place between the Victoriaville pipes to begin the second period. After allowing three goals on 15 shots, Tigres head coach Bruce Richardson decided to replace Chase Marchand by Olivier Tremblay.
After seeing Quebec right winger Tkachev hit the post and stopping Erne on breakaway Tremblay saw his teammates breaking the ice with home team first goal of the night.
Losing the puck in his own defensive zone Tkachev saw Victoriaville right winger Mathieu Ayotte beating Quebec netminder Booth with a backhanded shot with at 3:13.
Another turnover this time by Victoriaville proved to be costly for the home team with Quebec regaining their three goals lead with Erne scoring his second of the game as his backhand shot found a place between Tremblay’s pads for his 34th of the regular season at 8:04.
With Marchand been generous in first period on Quebec third goal, Olivier Tremblay has also been generous this time on Quebec fifth goal as Massimo Carozza beat Victoriaville goaltender on shot provided from along the board on right side at 9:46.
Victoriaville scored their second goal of the game on their first power play opportunity in the game as Quebec defenseman Ross MacDougall has been found guilty of hooking. Pascal Laberge beat Quebec netminder with a one-timer with 3:24 remaining in middle frame at 16:36.
Already registering a goal in the game Carozza has been credited of Quebec sixth goals as he redirected the perfect pass from Erne 5:43 into the third period.
Leading by four the visiting team saw Victoriaville scoring next two goals in 2:07 cutting Quebec lead to two goals. Angelo Micelli 8:07 and Ayotte with his second of the game narrow Quebec lead to two goals leading 6-4 with Victoriaville fourth goals scored at 10:14.
Quebec will return in action on Friday night visiting the Gatineau Olympiques.
