Edinburgh, Scotland: It was a festive atmosphere at Murrayfield Ice Rink on New Years Eve, as the Team USA took on the Murrayfield Racers for a 4pm puck drop.
After spending a team bonding day with a sightseeing trip to Stirling Castle the day before, it was back to business in a Hogmanay Matinee.
Fans were chanting and pounding drums as if it were a Premiere League football (soccer) match.
Team USA got off to another slow start, falling behind 4-0 after the first period.
They were able to battle back, eventually losing 6-3.
Team USA had a power play goal, an even strength goal and a short handed goal. After the game, the team and their families and supporters were able to enjoy the Hogmanay New Years festivities in Edinburgh, which was capped off with an amazing fireworks display.
