COLUMBUS, Ga – After a close opening frame where the Auburn Tigers took a 2-1 lead over the Lynn Fighting Knights, the game turned to a rout as the Tiger spread seven over the final two periods of play for a 9-2 victory.
Jack Driggs and Steven Verrone got the scoring going in the first period for Auburn.
Blake Robinson scored twice and kicked in two assists for the Tigers.
Tommy Gramando had both snipes for the Knights.
