PHNs Best Shots of the Game – Sharks Rout Blackhawks with 7-2 Victory

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Joe Pavelski scored two goals to lead the Sharks past the Blackhawks Thursday night at the SAP Center in San Jose. Artem Anisimov opened the game scoring with a goal in the first period to give the Blackhawks the early lead, but the Sharks took control of the game by scoring four times in the second period. Logan Couture, Kevin Labanc, Timo Meier, Marc-Edouard Vlasic and Barclay Goodrow also scored for the Sharks. Martin Jones made 32 saves in the Sharks net for the win.  For the first time in Sharks history the team scored 4 goals in a period for the 3rd straight home game. The Sharks host the Columbus Blue Jackets on Sunday for the third game of a six game home stand.
