Martin, Manz sign with Fuel

Martin played the last five years at Bemidji State University, where he was an alternate captain for his final two years. The 25-year-old recorded 88 points (27g-61a) in 165 games. Martin was a two-year veteran of the Alberta Junior Hockey League, recording 108 points in 119 career games with the Drumheller Dragons.

Manz totaled eight points (3g-5a) in 44 ECHL games last season with Wheeling, Rapid City and Bloomington. Before his professional career, he spent two seasons with American International College and three seasons with Lake Superior State University, compiling 84 points (28g-56a) in 181 career games. Manz also played two seasons in the British Columbia Hockey League with the Prince George Spruce Kings. In 2018-19, he tallied a team-leading 70 points (33g-37a) in 58 games, helping lead the team to the BCHL championship.
