Kraken rally past Jets for 3-2 win Update to follow

In Seattle, the Kraken needed two goals in the third period to erase a 2-1 deficit to the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday.

Ryan Donato scored 16 seconds into the third period to get the Kraken even at 2-2.

Jared McCann hit for the game-winner with four and half minutes left in regulation for a 3-2 final score.

Philipp Grubauer made 15 saves in the Kraken win.

The win snapped a two-game skid and improved the Kraken to 17-10-3.

Seattle had lost six of their last seven matches.

Winnipeg grabbed a 1-0 lead near the midway point of the first period on a strike from Mark Scheifele.

Winnipeg dropped to 20-10-1.

Seattle’s Jordan Eberle  tied the game, 1-1, at 8:43 of the second.

Pierre-Luc Dubois restored the Jets lead, 2-1, four minutes later.

David Rittich made 31 saves in the Jets loss.
