Komets ink trio of returnees

Inamoto, 26, split time with the Komets and American Hockey League’s Bakersfield Condors. In 32 games with the Komets, he had three assists. The Barrington, Illinois native has played in 23 career AHL games, dishing out five assists. Before turning pro, Inamoto tallied 29 points (5g-24a) in 158 career games at the University of Wisconsin.

McFaul, 24, posted seven points (2g-5a) in 58 games last season with the Komets. Previously, McFaul appeared in three games for the Florida Everblades in 2023-24 after he finished his college career at Clarkson University.

Rees, 25, has played 61 games with the Komets over the past two seasons, totaling 24 points (4g-20a). He has also made two appearances in the AHL with Hartford and Cleveland. Before playing pro, the Mississauga, Ontario, native served as captain at the University of Connecticut, racking up 43 points (11g-32a) in 162 contests.
