Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Fort Wayne Komets announced that forwards Austin Magera, Dillon Hamaliuk and Kirill Tyutyayev have signed for the 2025-26 season. 
Magera, 26, was named ECHL Rookie of the Year after the 2023-24 season, compiling 74 points (29g-45a) in 70 games for South Carolina. Last season, the Suwanee, Georgia, native netted 51 points (11g-40a), helping the Stingrays to the best regular-season record in the league. In 155 ECHL games, Magera has scored 139 points (48g-91a).
Hamaliuk, 24, was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the second round (55th overall) in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. Last season, he skated in Slovakia before joining the Florida Everblades, where he had 13 points (6g-7a) in 27 games. Hamaliuk suited up for 36 games with the Wheeling Nailers during the 2023-24 season, collecting 39 points (15g-24a). The Leduc, Alberta, native has also appeared in 52 games in the American Hockey League with San Jose and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. Before turning pro, he played 192 games with Seattle of the Western Hockey League, scoring 110 points (48g-62a) and helping the Thunderbirds to a WHL championship in 2017.
Tyutyayev, 24, played in 33 games with the Komets last season, scoring 23 points (8g-15a). He appeared in 55 games with the Toledo Walleye from 2022-24, scoring 60 points (9g-51a) throughout two seasons.
