In Pittsburgh, the visiting Los Angles Kings’ Adrian Kempe hit for double in the back end of the third period to erase a 1-0 deficit to the Penguins on Sunday, and send the Kings to a 2-1 win.

Kempe scored his first at 13:49 with a shot fro from the point. He was set up with a pass fro from Drew Doughty.

He collected his double at 16:50, on a shorthanded strike for the 2-1 lead, and win.

Cam Talbot made 29 saves in the win.

The Kings improved to 27-16-10 off their fifth win in six games.

The Penguins dropped to 24-21-7 off their fourth loss in five matches.

Sidney Crosby was the lone striker for Pittsburgh.

Crosby staked the Penguins to a 1-0 lead in the opening stanza.

The goal came off the power play at 18:43 of the first.

Tristan Jarry made 31 saves in the loss.
