Johansson, Tampa shut out Hurricanes, 3-0 Johansson stops 32 for shutout - Update to follow

In Tampa, Jonas Johansson made 32 saves, and the Lightning shut out the Carolina Hurricanes, 3-0, on Tuesday night.

Brayden Point  gave the Lightning a 1-0 lead with 54 seconds left in the first period.

The marker came off the power play.

Alex Barré-Boulet  scored at 17:51 of the middle frame for a 2-0 advantage to the Lightning.

Tampa added insurance with three minutes left in the game on a strike by Nicholas Paul  for the 3-0 final.

Pyotr Kochetkov made 20 saves in the Canes loss.
