A total of 34 games have been played on 30 November across the Elite League’s 22-year history. Home teams hold a narrow advantage with 18 wins, while visiting sides have taken 15. One game, Coventry vs. Nottingham in 2005, ended in a tie.

Coventry also hold the record for the most goals scored on this date, putting nine past Newcastle in 2008. Six games played on 30 November have gone beyond 60 minutes, while a further four ended in shutouts.
Fife began the season with a poor home record against Cardiff, and it worsened when the teams met a fortnight ago. In league play, the Devils have 26 wins in Kirkcaldy compared to the Flyers’ nine.
Sheffield have already won once at the Skydome in league action this season, extending their record in Coventry to 41 victories from 70 visits. The Blaze have taken the points on 29 occasions.
Guildford hosting Dundee is one of the longer trips in the league, which may help explain the Stars’ record at the Spectrum. Dundee have just six wins from 19 visits, while the Flames have claimed 13. Guildford also average well over four goals per game at home to the Stars.
