Brendan Gallagher scored on the power play at 13:08 of the third period to give the Habs a 2-1 lead and provide the eventual game-winner.
Weber picked up his fifth assist on the Gallagher goal.
Radulov sealed at 18:57 of the third with an empty-net goal.
The loss dropped the Flyers to 2-3-1 on the season and abs improved to 5-0-1.
Steve Mason took the loss on 30 saves and Carey Price made 31 stops for the win.
