Goulbourne agrees to terms with Oilers

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Oilers, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Anaheim Ducks and the American Hockey League’s San Diego Gulls, announced the signing of veteran forward Tyrell Goulbourne for the 2025-26 season.    Action photo of Tyrell Goulbourne

Goulbourne, 31, joins the Oilers after notching four points (2g-2a) in 22 games with the AHL’s Ontario Reign last season.

Selected in the third round (72nd overall) by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, Goulbourne appeared in 11 games with the club. While under contract with the Flyers, he added 55 points (25g-30a) and 313 penalty minutes in 224 AHL games with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. He has compiled 65 points (29g-39a) in 334 career AHL contests with Chicago, Henderson, Belleville, Stockton and Ontario.

He recorded 19 points (8g-11a) in 36 ECHL games with Reading during the 2016-17 season.

Prior to turning pro, Goulbourne tallied 125 points (60g-65a) in 275 career games with Kelowna of the Western Hockey League.
