Fox Re-Signs with RiverKings

The Mississippi RiverKings and Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser have announced the re-signing of second-year forward Dillan Fox.

Fox, 26, returns to Mississippi after a successful rookie season in which he netted 16 goals and 20 assists in 49 games played with the club. His 36 points ranked him fourth in total points on the team. Fox would also prove to be an extremely valuable piece of the RiverKings offense during the postseason, as he led the team in goals with four goals in three games played. His goals would hold up to be third highest in the entire SPHL during the 2016-17 playoffs.

Before beginning his professional career, the Hummelstown, PA native played four years of college hockey at SUNY- Plattsburgh. While in college his offensive prowess was hard to overlook, scoring 76 points in 96 games played for the Cardinals.
