PAPILLION, NE – After Fargo and Omaha won their first and second games of their respective series, the only thing left to do for the top two seeds in the West Division were to close out their best of five series. Fargo would host Sioux Falls on Saturday evening and Tri-City would travel to Omaha for game three of the respective series.

Omaha wins series 3-0
Jeff Teglia received suitable support from his teammates on Saturday evening stopping 14 shots on goal for the final win of the semi-finals. Omaha received two goals from Nick Oddo in the win and Erik Haula contributed two assists as well. The Lancers took care of Tri-City not allowing the Storm to have many opportunities and in the end Omaha translated that work into a series sweep.
Fargo verse Sioux Falls

Fargo wins series 3-0
Ryan Massa stopped 32 pucks fired in his immediate direction on Saturday evening to give the Force the sweep of Sioux Falls and move on to a second round date with the Omaha Lancers. The Force received goals from Chase Grant, Nick Oliver, and Garrett Allen in the final game of the best of five series to move on. The Stampede did not go without a fight attempting 33 shots on goal in the effort, yet in the end Fargo played their roles and captured the series ending victory.
