There are just three games across Sunday in the Elite League, but each carries plenty of significance.

Sheffield Steelers head to Manchester knowing that a single point will confirm them as Group A winners in the Challenge Cup and guarantee at least second seeding in the Semi-Finals. A win would also put them in pole position to claim the top overall seed, depending on how Group B finishes, which would bring with it the option to host the final. Manchester are already eliminated from the competition but will be pushing for a four-point weekend after Saturday’s win.
Coventry Blaze and Cardiff Devils both earned 4-1 victories in league play on Saturday night and meet at the Skydome on Sunday. The Blaze won both Cup meetings between the teams earlier in the season, but the Devils claimed a league win in Wales when the sides last met. Cardiff remain unbeaten in regulation in league action so far.
Finally, Guildford Flames return home after a narrow, last-minute defeat in Sheffield to face Belfast Giants. Both teams sit on four points in the league standings, although the Flames have played two games more than their visitors.
