Sheffield Steelers vs. Nottingham Panthers
- First leg: 18/02/26 in Nottingham
- Second leg: 25/02/26 in Sheffield
Belfast Giants vs. Coventry Blaze
- First leg: 11/02/26 in Coventry
- Second leg: 18/02/26in Belfast
As the higher seeds, the Steelers and Giants had the option of having the second leg at home.
