Dragons all-time points scorer James Parsons returns for 13th season in a Dragons jersey

Parsons, a local product of the Deeside junior system has lead the team in scoring over PSD_0417several seasons and has amassed nearly 250 goals and over 470 points in this time with the Dragons and is excited for the start of the season ‘It was great to win the double last season but it’s going to be a lot tougher in the Moralee. Trainings been great Scott and with the new additions I’m confident we can do well, I’m just looking forward to September’.

Coach Scott McKenzie was glad to have the Dragon top points scorer return ‘ It’s great to have Snip back for the new season. He is a guy that plays with a lot of heart, and goes to what we call the ‘dirty areas’ and causes teams a lot of problems. Along side that he has a really high skill level and is a very smart hockey player. I think Snip will play a big part in this Dragons team this season’.

The Dragon also are glad to announce the return of 18 year old Ross Kennedy.

The youngster returns to the senior side for what will be his 4th season and after playing such valuable role in the Dragons title winning side McKenzie is excited to have Ross back in a Dragons jersey ‘Ross Kennedy is one of the hottest prospects in BritishPSD_0405 Ice hockey. He is always trying to improve and has spent a lot of time in the gym this summer. He has a massive future ahead of him as long as he works hard and listens to the advice he is given. I look forward to working on his personal development and watching him grow into a leader this season’.
