Concordia University edged out Cardiff Devils 3-2 in Sunday’s lone pre-season game.
The Canadians were 3-1 up Brett Perlini brought the Devils back to within one with just over five minutes to play.
For Concordia, Blake Richardson, son of former Nottingham Panther Bruce, scored Concordia’s second goal.
