Clan host Nottingham on Wednesday

Wednesday night hockey in Week 21 comes from Glasgow, where Clan welcome Nottingham Panthers to Braehead Arena.

Clan return home again on Friday before heading to Belfast on Sunday, while the Panthers have two further fixtures to come over the weekend.

It’s been a busy week in Glasgow already with the team announcing the parting of ways with Head Coach Corey Neilson on Tuesday afternoon. Mike Sirant will lead the bench tonight.

Nottingham sit four points behind league leaders Belfast Giants but have a game in hand, which they play tonight. Clan, who are hoping to force their way into a three-way tie for sixth place, have lost every meeting against the Panthers this season – 7-1 and 4-1 defeats in Nottingham, and a 4-3 loss in the only meeting so far at Braehead Arena.

Historically, Nottingham have enjoyed their trips to Glasgow, winning 23 of the 36 league fixtures played there to date.
