Annapolis, MD: On Sunday, September 14, the Washington Capitals held their second of three practices at McMullen Arena, home to the Naval Academy Midshipmen. 
Twenty-three players were on the ice for the practices which included a half an hour for the goalies, and then an hour and a half for the full team.
