Campbell, Maple Leafs blank Ottawa, 6-0 Update to follow.

In Toronto, Jack Campbell made 23 saves in a 6-0 win for the Maple Leafs over the visiting Ottawa Senators on Saturday night.

Ilya Mikheyev and William Nylander hit for a pair of goals each in the victory.

The Maple Leafs improved to 21-8-2.

It was Campbell’s fourth shutout of the season.

The Senators kept it relatively close through two periods, with the Maple Leafs holding a 3-0 advantage heading to the final frame.

Nylander struck for his two goals in the third, and Mikheyev  hit for his second of the game as well.

TJ Brodie and Justin Holl scored single markers for Toronto.

The Senators dropped to 9-18-2.

Matt Murray made 34 saves in the Ottawa loss.
