Special teams produced two power play goals and one shorthanded strike for Boston.
Boston improved to 14-2-0.
Linus Ullmark made 28 saves in the Bruins win.
J.T. Miller had a power play goal for the Canucks, his goal tied the game, 1-1, in the first period after Boston took the lead on a strike from Connor Clifton.
Vancouver dropped to 4-9-3.
Patrice Bergeron hit for the Bruins first power play goal in the first period for a 2-1 lead.
In the middle frame, the Bruins scored twice with goals from Pavel Zacha and Brad Marchand.
The Canucks got one back in the third on a power play goal from Sheldon Dries to make it 4-2.
With just under two minutes left in the game, Tomas Nosek hit for the shorthanded strike for the Bruins into an empty net.
Thatcher Demko made 27 saves in the Canucks loss.
