Cameron’s solid on-ice performance helped lead the Brahmas to a 7-4-2 record in December. In 13 games played for the month, the Drayton Valley, ALTA native registered 19 points (9G, 10A) including a four point performance (1G, 3A) against divisional opponents Corpus Christi on December 31.

Cameron’s performance at home against the Oklahoma City Blazers on December 26 proved to be crucial where he netted not only the game tying but the game winning goals. For the season, Cameron ranks second in team scoring with 28 points (12G, 16A) in 21 games played for a +10 rating.

“This is an honor for Jordan,” Brahmas Head coach Dan Wildfong said. “He has been playing very well, working hard and is a large factor to our success. It is great to see him get the recognition.”

Cameron is no stranger to points earned as a member of the Texas roster. Last year, he led the Brahmas in scoring earning 64 points (30G, 34A) in 57 games played. For his accomplishment, Cameron will receive a gift courtesy of the CHL and Sher-Wood.
