Blackhawks edge Coyotes, 4-3, in OT Blackhawks rally from 2-0 deficit to win in OT - Update to follow

In Chicago, the Arizona Coyotes blew a 2-0 lead on the Blackhawks from the first period, and then needed a a late goal from Nick Bjugstad to tie the game, 3-3, and force extra tie.

Chicago recovered enough to get a goal from Caleb Jones at 3:37 of extra time for a 4-3 win on Friday night.

Jaxson Stauber made 23 saves in the Chicago win.

The Blackhawks moved to 16-29-5.

The Coyotes took the 2-0 first period lead on goals from Clayton Keller and Nick Schmaltz.

Chicago got one back 89 seconds after the Coyotes grabbed their 2-0 lad on a marker from Seth Jones for a 2-1 score headed to the middle frame.

Andreas Athanasiou knotted the game at 2-2, with his second period strike.

The Coyotes dropped to 17-28-7.

Colin Blackwell put the Blackhawks up, 3-2, at 14:34 of the third period.

Connor Ingram made saves in the Coyotes loss.
