LOVELAND, Colo. With the Colorado Eagles looking to extend their seventeen game win streak in the third game of their series against The South Carolina Stingrays the home team Eagles came up short in a battle against a very physical and  opportunistic Stingrays Team.
Although only 1 penalty was called in the first contest on Wednesday ( 7 to 2 Eagles win) Friday and Saturday’s games saw a different Stingrays team that used their size to demonstrate their frustration with the lopsided loss on Wednesday and also to deny any possible challenge to their all time ECHL Â 23 game win streak established in 2015.

John Parker #6 seals the deal with an empty net goal to make the final score 4 to 1 for the Stingrays
