BATON ROUGE, La. – Hockey season for Baton Rouge Zydeco has officially started in their two–game series against the Mississippi Sea Wolves. Attendance was fair being the opener was on a Thursday night but that didn’t stop the teams from taking the ice with a much anticipated match up.
During the summer break, we say many fan favorites leave both teams which lead to some steady murmuring about attending the game.
Zydeco lost many of their team to Monroe and the Sea Wolves had many go to Baton Rouge and Monroe with the upset of Connor Lind signing with Columbus River Dragons.
