MELBOURNE, Australia – Adelaide Adrenaline outscored the Melbourne Mustangs at the Obrien Group Arena, Melbourne on Sunday Afternoon.
The Mustangs took on Adelaide in the second of their home and away season, the 
previous meeting was only a week ago.
What a difference a week makes as the Mustangs were unable to make anything go their way.
The first goal for the Adrenaline was an own goal from the Mustangs defence and for the rest of the game the Mustangs goalie had lost his confidence.
Mustangs goalie faced 19 goals and the Adrenaline goalie faced 35 shots.
A huge milestone for this game Adelaide’s Greg Oddy tallied his 600th AIHL point and Josef Rezek scored a hat trick.
Next week the Adrenaline return home Saturday for a match-up against the Newcastle Northstars, while the Mustangs will look to bounce back in a home series against the Sydney Bears.
