2022-23 USHL Players of the Week – Dec 9–11

Griffin Erdman (Waterloo Black Hawks), Sebastian Törnqvist (Tri-City Storm), and Matej Marinov (Fargo Force) collected United States Hockey League (USHL) Player of the Week honors for Week 11, the league announced Monday.

  • Recorded his first career USHL hat trick and four-point game with three goals and one assist in the Black Hawks’ 5-4 win against Des Moines, then added another helper in Waterloo’s 5-4 win against Cedar Rapids the next day
  • Tied for 10th in USHL rookie scoring with 11 points on six goals and five assists

  • Leads USHL goalies in GAA (1.87) and save percentage (.928) and is undefeated in regulation with a 10-0-0-2 mark
