PAPILLION, Neb – The West Division secured its playoff offerings on the final evening of play as Tri-City would take the win negating any chance Sioux City may have had of sneaking into the final position. Tri-City will now play a best of five series against the top seeded Omaha Lancers and second seed Fargo will play a best of five series against Sioux Falls in the West Division semifinals.

Cedar Rapids 5, Fargo 0
The RoughRiders used four third period goals to defeat the Fargo Force. Cedar Rapids received a goal and an assist from David Boehm and Troy Grosenick made a total of 11 saves for the win.
Sioux Falls 5, Des Moines 4
Mark Anthoine scored twice in the first period and once more in the second period to lead the Sioux Falls Stampede past the Buccaneers. Michael Voran scored the overtime goal, his third game winner this season.
April 2, 2010
Sioux Falls 4, Lincoln 2
Matt Bailey, Matt Zarbo, and Mark Anthoine recorded two points apiece for the Stampede in the winning effort. Clay Witt made 24 saves for his 24th win of the season.
Sioux City 7, Waterloo 2
The Musketeers came out firing as they tried to secure the final play off position in the West Division. Stephan Vigier led Sioux City with four points and Adam Schmidt had three more points of his own in the win.
Omaha 3, Team USA 0
Matt White scored two goals for Omaha and Erik Haula would assist White on each goal. The Lancers shut out Team USA by limiting them to 15 shots and splitting time between Jeff Teglia (13 saves) and John Keeney (two saves).
Tri-City 1, Des Moines 0
The Storm held onto the final playoff spot with a win over the Buccaneers. Tri-City has a one point standing over Sioux City whom also won on Friday evening. Radoslav Illo scored the game winning goal in the first period and Carsen Chubak held his own in net stopping 30 shots for his third shutout this season.
Chicago 6, Fargo 4
Theo DiPauli led the Steel past Fargo with three points as Chicago would have sic players in all with multiple point evenings. Connor Wilson made 40 saves for his 14th win this season.
April 3, 2010
Omaha 5, Des Moines 4
The Lancers won a shoot out of a game behind Matt White and Erik Haula’s three points each. Dakota Eveland, Troy Power, and Seth Ambroz would also have two points apiece for Omaha.
Green Bay 5, Fargo 1
Steve Summerhays made 26 saves for the Gamblers who clinched the Andersen Cup for the second straight season. The Andersen Cup is awarded to the regular season champions each year. Green Bay led Omaha by a total of five points in the standings to receive this season’s trophy.
Tri-City 5, Sioux Falls 2
Jaden Schwartz assisted three times for three points to lead the Storm to the fourth position in the West Division playoff spot. Carsen Chubak made 31 saves in the winning effort.
Sioux City 10, Lincoln 3
The Musketeers needed a Tri-City loss to secure a playoff position and did everything they could and much more to help themselves out in the event of a tie breaking situation of “goals for.” Lincoln was decimated for ten goals with Matt Paape and Stephen Vigier scoring twice each.
