PHN’s Best Shots of the Game – Trenton at Cincinnati

CINCINNATI, Ohio – This past week the Cyclones won all five of their games ending with two against the Titans. The series saw ECHL and Cyclones history on Friday night as Goaltender Brian Foster scored a goal. It was the eleventh time in league history and the first in club history for this to occur. The goal was scored on a delayed penalty after Foster made a save and the rebound traveled the length of the ice into the empty Titan net.

The goal was the first of the game and helped the ‘Clones to a 2-1 victory in the opening game of the series and the teams’ fourth straight win.

On Saturday night the Trenton squad looked to avenge the loss to no avail. as the Cyclones scored four unanswered tallies before the visitors potted their first goal in the third period. The tilt turned chippy with five total pugilistic encounters and a bevy of five minute penalties. The final count was Cyclones five, Titans two, when the dust settled. The following are the best shots and saves of this exciting two game weekend at US Bank Arena.
