TAMPA, Fla – Over the last few months Pro Hockey News and Instigators Hockey Show have been working to join efforts to expanding coverage of professional hockey and the National Hockey League. Pro Hockey News now has assets worldwide with a major presence in North America and the United Kingdom. Additional, the publication boasts writers in North Africa and the Middle East as well as Denmark, Sweden and South Africa. Pro Hockey News has also begun to branch out into the Russian Federation and Asia with initial coverage in Australia begun in the summer of 2010.
Instigators Hockey Show is hosted by Pauly and Chris “Kotsy” Kotsopoulos hasdrawn attention from a worldwide audience through its BlogTalkRadio . The production has featured myriad current and former NHL stars as well movers and shakers and newsmakers in the sport including Bruce Berlet from the Connecticut Whale.
This month (March) Pro Hockey News and Instigators Hockey Show finalized their deal to join resources of both organizations to expand hockey coverage and reach more readers and listeners.
Last week, publisher Lou Lafrado appeared on Instigators Hockey Show with Pauly D and Kotsy with guest retired NHLer Jeff Brubaker.
This evening at 8:45 PM EST, Pro Hockey News’ Tom Schettino will join Pauly D and Kotsy as they host former New York Ranger defenseman Barry Beck.
Still residing in the top 100 Ranger players of all time, Beck now lives and coaches in Hong Kong. His current position is related to the Hockey Academy of Ice Hockey.
The discussion will focus on the international flavor of hockey into non-traditional locations.
Tom Schettino is well-versed in the international game especially in China as his travels take him to the country often.
