ST. LOUIS, Mo – When the Colorado Avalanche defeated the Vancouver Canucks last week, the Blues season effectively ended Saturday April 10th in Nashville.

Tkachuk entered the league with Winnipeg before moving with the franchise to Phoenix and was traded to St. Louis where he quickly established himself as an elite power forward and a fan favorite. The Melrose, Massachusetts native is a four time Olympic participant for the United States where he won a Silver Medal in 2002 at the Salt Lake Games.
